Okay, not quite, but Mike probably feels like it. I at least hope that when he sleeps he can actually relax - I remember when I was packing celery all day every day I would dream I was packing and be sitting up in my bed grabbing at my blanket. No break! I was exhausted! :) The crop is really looking good so far, which is great, just means long days for Mike. I know he likes seeing all this good stuff come by, though, as opposed to last year when it didn't look as nice.
So now it's the end of the day and I started this at the beginning of the day, and I don't remember what I was going to write about. I know for a few days I've been thinking I should update the blog, but now I don't know what about...
Levi is getting faster and faster. He often tries to follow his big brothers around. About a week or so ago he started "praying" - it's pretty cute. While sitting in his high chair he'll fold his hands, jabber very purposely for a good 10 seconds or so, and then be done. He loves to ride in his little push car outside. He also thinks that anything with a steering wheel has a horn. He gets VERY excited when Mike gets home from work, and I think it's partly to see Mike and partly because he has sat in the driver's seat of Mike's truck a few times now and he LOVES it.
It's crazy, but Caleb is absolutely my firstborn, and Logan is most definitely my second born. Caleb really thinks he's gotta be in the know for everything, and he tries to be Mr. Boss-Man. (Telling his brothers what to do, keeping me informed on what's going on, and always asking me why/what I'm doing, etc.) It's definitely a challenge now, but it'll be interesting to see how these qualities are used as he grows up!
Logan is much more sensitive, and seems to need more quality time. The boy can talk (where does he get that from?), and he needs chances to just talk without being interrupted. But, he can go on, and on, and on, and on.... :)
Our garden is doing well! We have a couple sunflowers that are super tall, our sweet corn is almost ready, and we've had tomatoes gradually getting ripe.
