One comment that is the most consistent is what long, skinny fingers Caleb has. Everyone expects him to be a piano player, but I don't know, he gets those long, skinny fingers from his mother and I'm not much of a piano player! They did come in handy for playing bassoon, though. :)
Neither of the boys can really be classified as 'fussy', but I would say that Logan is more 'dramatic'. He gets worked up quicker about things and can really amp up his crying as if whatever he's upset about is the most awfulest thing in the world. At this point it's still cute, I wonder when that will change! I can already see signs of what's to come with him - he's going the be the one we'll have to wrestle to change his diaper and get him in his carseat, etc. He's already figured out how to arch his back and push down with his feet when he's upset about getting his diaper changed, this should be loads of fun as he gets bigger!
Last week I went to a Mom's Night Out with some other twin moms. They all have twins about 1 year old or younger. What a treat! Not only was it nice to get out, it was nice to talk with moms of twins - they understand! :)
Friday night we went to some of the homecoming activities at my high school. Wow, high school seems like a LONG time ago! I don't feel that old, but the high schoolers now look so young and those kids were born in the 90's!! And, of course, Logan had a small diaper leakage problem - he doesn't do it at home, but waits until we're out in public... When I was walking those halls 12 years ago did I ever think that now I'd be there changing one of my baby's dirty diapers?? No way!
Cute pic!! Are they both sucking their thumbs?
ReplyDeleteI think Caleb was (that's actually why I got the camera out in the first place), Logan was probably just eating his fist.
