tidbits

Here's a few random tidbits:  I think Logan realizes when he has two objects in his hands.  The other day he had a ball in each hand, came up to me and said, "two balls!", and now he's done it several times.  Sounds so cute.  Otherwise they don't really get the concept of counting yet.

Both boys can recognize a couple letters.  They both definitely know "O" and "P".  A few others are hit or miss.

They're saying new words all the time and I love it.  The way they pronounce some things is just way too cute.  There are some words where they consistently get the letters mixed up - like "camel" for instance, they say "macel".  And yesterday I was changing Logan and calling for Caleb, and everytime I would say Caleb's name, Logan would say "bacal" or something like that.  Otherwise they just call each other "Baby", like when I'm calling for Logan, Caleb will shout out "Baby!"  It's funny when we're outside and they call for Macy, too.  Alot of times we just call her "Mace" and now they copy that.

Yesterday I met up with some college friends.  Well, I see Amy regularly, but Jen was in town from Florida for her sister's wedding so we had lunch with her, her husband (whom we also graduated with - when he said this is his 10th year teaching I nearly went into shock, I'm not that old...), and their baby girl (who just turned 1 but is a little peanut!).

Last night Caleb learned a new trick.  He fumbled a little bit on the first jump in the clip, but he had lots of perfect jumps throughout the night.

And, here's a clip from a few days ago helping out on the onion pad.
