day

Had a day full of activity yesterday!  And, because I'm just like my dad I have to go through it beginning to end...  :)

Had a repairman coming to fix the garage door first thing in the morning (finally!) so Mike was going in a little bit later to work.  Mike's boss called and said he didn't need to come in at all (yay!).  After the repairman left Mike still went in to work just for a bit to do some clean-up or something (I know, crazy.), then he went to my parents to get the tractor for snowplowing.  While he was gone my sister-in-law dropped off my niece and nephew to spend the morning with us (4 kids!).  Mike came home, then my dad came to get him to bring him back to their place to get his truck, of course he had to come in for coffee and a snack.  :)  Mike came back.  FedEx truck came (parked at the end of the driveway - strange), first thought maybe it was our new tv, but it was a photo order I had coming, plus someone else's big order of canvases so now I've got to deal with that.  FedEx truck left, not two minutes later FedEx van pulls in (all the way up the driveway), and this time it IS our new tv!  Mike gets a call that he has to go into work for a little bit (boo).  He goes in and then gets a call that there are cattle out at my dad's and my dad can't get there, so Mike and neighbor guy deal with it (what a nice guy).  My brother and parents come to pick up my niece and nephew on their way to Ohio for a wedding.  In the midst of a whole bunch going on, my dad's trying to tell me details about the cows getting out - I really have no idea what he said. :)  Peace and quiet for a little bit!  Mike gets home after the boys are down for afternoon nap, I still have time to go out and run some errands before suppertime (which was my plan as soon as I knew he had the day off, so when he got called in I was super bummed...).  I made 8 stops and got lots done!  One stop was Target to buy forumla - hopefully our last purchase of it...  Anyways, someone had put a couple formula coupons on the shelf by the formula, how nice is that?  Just one of those little bright spots.  Had a nice relaxing evening with my fam, well, other than fiddling with the tv a bit so we could watch a movie.
